Dear Steve, A short note to tell you how impressed I am with your help over the past few months. Some silly person lost all of my work in early January. 12 years work in total. I was not happy. You tried to correct the problem yourself and when that did not work you offered to send the damaged disk to a specialist company. You not only kept your eye on what they were doing you also discussed the price on my behalf. They eventually came down by 50%. You have kept me informed and tried to explain to me the process and have been very thorough throughout. I can’t thank you enough. I would happily and readily recommend you to anyone who happens to have a computer or people with lots of computers.
