I run a paperless practice and when by my own stupidity I managed to lock myself out of my computer I feared that I would have lost all of my patients’ records and have to at least do a full recovery from backup which would have been less than ideal. Late on Friday evening I contacted Freshstance IT who assured me that they could regain access to my system without resorting to anything so drastic. I arranged to drop off the laptop on Monday afternoon and on Tuesday morning Steve returned my machine to me fully returned to normal. This was a fantastic relief and I will certainly continue to use Freshstance IT for all my computer support and will certainly refer them to colleagues, friends and acquaintances.
