For over 7 years FreshStance have been based in Hertfordshire helping our customers use IT systems to deliver value, products and services to their customers.
Even though we spend most of our time in Hertfordshire, neighbouring home counties and London, our customers work all over the world. Our team are frequently supporting users in places as diverse as China, Dubai, Gibraltar, South Africa and Australia.
We believe communication, transparency and accountability are key to providing excellent service. That’s why reporting on your systems and our service is standard. We recognise the importance of uptime so we constantly monitor your network hardware and software, so issues are resolved before they impact users.
We’re happy to work with your existing IT staff. We can supplement your existing team by providing a Service Desk to take care of routine first line calls or second & third line teams adding a backbone of technical specialists. If you don’t have an internal IT presence, we’re more than happy to look after you with our full service.
Unlike many of our competitors, we do what we can to avoid hidden and surprise costs. For example, if you deliver the device to us and collect it, we will then rebuild or reload your device within the cost of the support contract. We want you to be happy, not struggling with a PC that should be reloaded or charge you hundreds of pounds to fix.
