The Food Allergy Centre
The Food Allergy Centre is a corporate healthcare clinic that needs reliable IT support to underpin its specialist services, and Freshstance IT was engaged to provide tailored IT solutions for this clinical environment. Challenge
The clinic had been operating from rented rooms in another hospital while looking for a building of their own. Freshstance setup all IT and telecoms services in the new 5 floor building, Involved early on in the project we were able to confirm cabling and provide consultancy to the practice management and senior management team.
The site is a mix of consultancy rooms, waiting areas, pharmacy and admin area’s for multiple companies.
Solution
All IT and telecoms:
– Failover Internet Connections.
– Network infrastructure including firewall, managed network switches, wifi (corporate and guest).
– Telecoms including VoIP, desk phones, soft phones and mobile phones with call routing and voicemail.
– Laptops, docking stations, PCs and monitors.
– Share printers, scanners and label printers.
– Cyber security including obtaining Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification..
Project management to ensure IT and communications were in place and ready when the clinics opened their doors.
Outcome
FreshStance setup all PCs with complete remote management software, phones were installed around the building, internet was setup throughout the building. A meeting room was setup with PC, camera/meeting bar configured for Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Ongoing remote support is provided and addresses most reported issues but with a number of customers in the Oxford Street and Harley Street area our engineers are readily available to be onsite in situations where this is required or made easier by a local presence.
